ALT Advisory assisted in the development of two training manuals on digital rights and freedom of expression online. The first focused on the relevant legal frameworks and applicable jurisprudence on topics relevant to digital rights and freedom of expression online, including access to the internet, balancing the right to privacy, and responses to hate speech, harassment, defamation and disinformation online; and the second was a litigation guide offering practical guidance for litigating digital rights cases before the regional and sub-regional courts in East, West and Southern Africa.
