Questionnaire: Establishment and Operationalization of the ECOSOCC National Chapter Framework

Background
The purpose of this project is to develop a holistic framework that provides an institutional mechanism for the establishment and operationalisation of ECOSOCC National Chapters in all AU Member States.
ALT Advisory has been engaged by the ECOSOCC Secretariat to assist with facilitating and managing this project.
National Chapters serve to further enable civil society participation in the work of the AU and provide an accountability mechanism through which elected members of the General Assembly are held accountable to both local National Chapters and to the AU through the ECOSOCC Secretariat.
In this questionnaire, questions are asked about the functioning of National Chapters that are based on how the pilot Chapters have been operating. This questionnaire is only the first step of ongoing consultations that will continue over the coming months in various formats.
