Questionnaire: Institutional Framework for the Participation of the African Diaspora in ECOSOCC
Background
The purpose of this project is to enhance the participation of the African Diaspora in ECOSOCC and to amplify opportunities for Diaspora civil society organisations to meaningfully engage in the work of ECOSOCC by providing strategic, comprehensive, and clear guidance for the organ’s interactions with members and groups from the Diaspora.
ALT Advisory has been engaged by the ECOSOCC Secretariat to assist with facilitating and managing this project.
The African Diaspora is an integral constituency of the African Union and their participation in the Union is a fundamental institutional imperative.
In this questionnaire, questions are asked about how to ensure the meaningful participation of Diaspora CSOs in ECOSOCC and past experiences in similar engagements.
